Transaction Visibility Delay

Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve the issue affecting transaction visibility.
The issue has now been fully resolved. All transactions should now be visible in your Dojo for Business app and on your terminal’s transaction list.
As mentioned in our previous communication, this issue did not affect your settlements, which were processed as normal.
We apologise again for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you continue to have any issues, please contact our support team.
We’re aware of an issue affecting some transactions processed between 17:25 and 17:56 today. These transactions may not currently be visible in your Dojo for Business app or on your terminal’s transaction list.
Our engineering team is working to correct this. We’ll provide an update as soon as all transactions are fully visible and the issue is resolved.
Please note, this does not affect your settlements. They are expected to be received as normal.
