We’re aware of an external issue that is causing global IT outages. This issue is not currently impacting Dojo Payments or Dojo Bookings. You can still take payments and bookings as usual.

If this issue is impacting your ePos provider and is preventing you from taking payments, you can use your card machine in non-integrated mode by following the steps below:

  1. Press the menu bar, and tap ‘Settings’
  2. Choose ‘Non-integrated payments’
  3. Toggle on ‘Non-integrated payments’
  4. Choose the settings underneath that you would like to enable in standalone mode. These include sales, refunds, and splitting the bill (if applicable).
