We are aware that a subset of Dojo One and Dojo Wired devices are unexpectedly requesting an activation code. If your machine is displaying this prompt, please follow the steps below to restore service:

How to get your activation code:
The fastest way to get back online is to retrieve your code via your account. You can find this immediately in:

  • The Dojo for Business App
  • The SideKick App

Simply enter the code shown in the app into your card machine to reactivate it.

If you cannot access the app:
If you are unable to use the apps, please contact our Customer Service team. Please be aware that we are currently experiencing high call volumes due to this issue, and there may be a wait to speak with an advisor.
